How We Engage Stakeholders

Creating meaningful impact requires listening to and learning from the people who are affected by our business.

We regularly engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including:

  • Employees
Through surveys, team meetings, volunteering activities, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
  • Customers
Through product reviews, customer service interactions, retailer relationships, and customer feedback.
  • Suppliers
Through regular communication, sustainability discussions, packaging reviews, and long-term partnerships.
  • Community & Charity Partners
Through collaborative projects, charitable giving, volunteering activities, and impact reporting.
  • Industry & Certification Bodies
Through participation in industry groups, certification programmes, consultations, and best-practice initiatives.

Stakeholder feedback helps inform business decisions, product development, environmental priorities, employee wellbeing initiatives, and community investment.

Responsible Business

We believe responsible business requires transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct.

To support this commitment, we maintain policies and procedures that guide our approach to communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and governance.

Responsible Advocacy & Lobbying Policy

While Mr Organic does not directly engage in political lobbying, we may participate in industry consultations and work with organisations whose advocacy activities align with our purpose and values.

Our Responsible Advocacy & Lobbying Policy outlines the principles that guide how we engage with public policy, trade associations, and external organisations involved in advocacy activities.

Raise A Concern

We are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability, and openness.

Employees, customers, suppliers, partners, community organisations, and other stakeholders may raise concerns regarding business conduct, ethical issues, environmental matters, human rights concerns, or other grievances.

We are committed to:
  • Treating concerns seriously and fairly
  • Maintaining confidentiality wherever possible
  • Protecting individuals from retaliation when concerns are raised in good faith
  • Providing a clear process for investigation and resolution
