Is your pasta gluten-free?
All our pastas are made from durum wheat and are therefore not suitable for coeliacs.
Is your pasta packaging recyclable?
Our current pasta packaging is not yet recyclable in the UK. Whilst the material in itself would be recyclable, no British recycling company currently recycles it as it’s not profitable for them. There are current initiatives, such as Terracycle that are able to recycle the material, but it’s not as accessible as the council recycling yet. Have a look here if you’d like to find out more: https://www.terracycle.co.uk/en-GB We are however proud to announce that we also offset our carbon footprint by donating to a tree plantation scheme through our pasta sales. As soon as our production base is able to offer a packaging material that is widely recyclable in the UK, we will of course be switching to that in the future.

Do your rices contain arsenic?
Our production base confirms that none of our rices contain arsenic .
