What is the acidity level for your Olive Oil?
The acidity level for our olive oil is 0.6 maximum.
Are any chemicals used in the production of your oils?
We are proud to let you know that all of our oils are cold-pressed by solely mechanical means.
What does it mean when an oil is ‘deodorised’?
The oil is deodorised by the stripping it of fatty acid – all by mechanical or physical processes and no chemicals are used in this deodorising process.
Where is your Olive Oil sourced from?
All of the Mr Organic products are currently sourced from Italy – including our Olive Oil. We previously moved from EU / Non EU Olives to now only using Italian Olives. So we confirm that the Olive Oil we produce is only using Italian Olives right now.
What is your Rapeseed oil made of?
We are happy to let you know that our Rapeseed Oil is made in Italy using only Italian-grown canola seeds.
Does Balsamic Vinegar contain sodium?
100ml of Mr Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena contain 0.02g of salt, of which 0.013g is sodium. (You can calculate it by 0.02/1.5)
Are your Apple Cider Vinegars pasteurised?
Our Apple Cider Vinegars are Raw & Unfiltered and also contain the mother – meaning that it’s unpasteurised and not heated up during the production process. If you are worried about using unpasteurised Apple Cider Vinegar, it might be great to find out that you can pasteurise it yourself at home by simply heating it up on the stove at 140-160 degrees Celsius (just make sure it doesn’t go over 185!)
