Biodiversity
To conserve the nutrition in the soil on our land, all our farms work with a rotation of crops. This ensures that the soil remains fertile and also gets a resting period in between crops.
Organic
Free from additives, pesticides and artificial flavourings, but full of delicious flavour, our farms only work with organic produce. Mr Organic’s tomato-based products are produced using the best quality tomatoes grown at the brand’s own farmland in Pontinia, south of Rome, and processed within five hours of harvesting.
Low emission
Placed right in the middle of the tomato fields, the tomatoes are brought to the production base by tractor travelling only a short journey – allowing for them to be processed within 5 hours of harvest. On top of this our production site is also solar powered.
Fair working conditions
During out harvesting season all tomatoes are picked by machine, manual hand pickers are not used on our fields. Our long lasting and fair relationships with our farmers guarantee that we know exactly where all of our ingredients come from, ensuring everything is ethically sourced and carefully selected.
