Vegan Chocolate and Coconut Ice-cream Recipe

And guess what, you don’t even need an ice cream maker for this recipe! So get making in the kitchen as chocolate ice cream day only comes round once a year!

INGREDIENTS

½ full fat canned Coconut Milk
½ additional cup of Coconut Milk or any other Milk of your choice
1¼ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ cup sweetener of choice (Maple syrup or Sugar)
1/8 tsp Salt

METHOD

1. Empty the contents of the Mr Organic dark chocolate & hazelnut spread into a pan.

2. Slightly heat up the chocolate spread up, making sure it doesn’t boil!

3. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.

4. If you have an ice cream maker, simply transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers directions for your specific machine.

5. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays, then blend the frozen ice cubes in a high-speed blender.

6. Serve and decorate with anything delicious toppings of your choice!
