1. Line a sheet tray with parchment. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat.
2. Sprinkle with the seasoning, then spread in a single layer on the baking sheet making sure they’re not overcrowded.
3. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
4. Serve with a big dollop of our organic ketchup and enjoy!
