This party season wow your guests with these delicious little appetisers. The delicious mix of sundried tomatoes and tahini gives a rich and exotic flavour to every bite. You will be the hostess with the mostess!
SHARE THIS RECIPE
1. Slice the aubergine lengthwise, then cut each slice in half. Gently fry in olive oil until soft.
2. Cook the sausages according to package instructions, cut the sausages in half and wrap each half in a slice of aubergine, add a sundried tomato on top and pierce with a tooth pick.
3. Place on a baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 minutes.
4. Combine the tahini, lemon juice and Apple Cider Vinegar and drizzle on top of your ‘no pigs’ before serving.
