SHARE THIS RECIPE
1. Cook the pasta according the packaging or until al dente
2. On a large, heavy based pan combined the garlic, passata and cream. Heat up until it is simmering. Flavour it with salt and pepper according to tasta
3. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and give it a good stir.
4. Serve it in a deep pasta bowl and decorate it with fresh basil to garnish
