If you’re looking to make an indulgent, creamy and scrumptious dessert then look no further. We have the perfect chocolate orange cheesecake recipe for you! Made using our Organic Cocoa and Orange biscuits. What’s not to love!

1. Place the biscuits into a food processor alongside the soft dates. Pulse until you get a sticky, crumbly mixture. Press the mix into a lined cake tin and sit it in the fridge.
2. To prepare the cheesecake filling, blend the cream cheese, icing sugar and yoghurt until smooth, then add in the agar-agar powder and mix to combine.
3. Heat the mixture over a medium heat, stir in the orange zest and orange extract and allow for it to reach 70C. Divide the mix into 2 parts, mixing chocolate spread into ne half (optional)
4. Pour the two halves onto the cake base in 2 layers. Then place the cheesecake into the fridge for the minimum of 1 hour to set.
5. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate and carefully spread it on top of the set cheesecake. Allow for the chocolate to set in the fridge for a few minutes before slicing and serving the cake.
6. To decorate, you can sprinkle biscuit crumbles and orange zest on top of the cake.
