Caramelised Balsamic Sprouts

The jewels of the winter season: Brussels Sprouts. Admittedly, they are not always everyone’s favourite. With a good splash balsamic glaze and a generous sprinkle of pomegranate seed will turn even the most dedicated sprout – avoider to a lover.

INGREDIENTS

500g Brussel sprouts
Handful of pomegranate seeds

METHOD

1. Wash & cut your sprouts in halves, drizzle with olive oil & a pinch of salt and roast them in the oven for 10 minutes.
2. Then briefly remove them from the oven to drizzle Mr Organic Glaze over the top, and roast for a further 5 minutes to caramelise.
3.Finished off with a delicious sprinkle of sweet pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
